hectic system that we have
is just chaos. That is why
I always target to look
for people who are crazy
enough to handle chaos in
a creative manner.
More than saying
that my life is challeng-
ing, I must commend my
employees who have no
choice but to work hard
as well, as we chose to

tor cannot find. It has
never been our thing to do
things just because it is
easy. At Capital Dynamics,
we do things because it
is the right thing to do.
Indeed life in Capital
Dynamics is a challenge.
It might sound ridicu-
lous but I believe that
taking on this challenge
in their career will be as
valuable as experiencing
all other trials in life. It
can only make one a better
and stronger person. My
mother would always
tell me that experiencing
bitterness is like eating
vitamins. I hope that more
people in this generation
would be willing to take
on difficulties by seeing
them as an opportunity
to succeed rather than a
source of despair.
